Led by Chico Gill, Eldoria Developments was born out of the success of "Jackson Gates," a 26-store retail center comprising restaurants, offices, and retail spaces. Initially funded by friends and family, this project showcased our ability to deliver quality developments. Now, we are looking to expand our team and leverage our expertise into more ambitious projects. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and excellence, we aim to set new benchmarks in the real estate industry.
